Floris formed Flopure LLC, a health & beauty brand and consulting services that strives to provide customers with high-quality, affordable health & beauty products. Connect2uplift Inc., is a nonprofit organization created to provide support to individuals living and families with HIV/AIDS and to promote awareness. The organization seeks to create a global community that will work together to end the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Floris has spent over a decade serving disenfranchised populations throughout the state of Massachusetts. She has worked tirelessly to ensure that these individuals are off the streets and permanently housed within the community. She is part of a Diversity and Inclusion Design team in her community, which is focused on implementing various strategies to ensure there is inclusiveness within the community.
